Your BLE-compatible device, such as your smartphone, scans for all BLE devices within range and receives information about each potential participant. The BLE-enabled Elatec TWN4 MultiTech reader will broadcast its presence for discovery. Once the connection between your phone and our reader is established and confirmed, the authentication process begins. For security purposes, the connection itself can be encrypted, and an entire credential backend can be added to the BLE communication.
